Haryana ration card: apply online, check status and see the list

Apply on haryanafood.gov.in, the official portal of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana. Log in to Antyodaya SARAL (saralharyana.gov.in). To check the status of your ration card or your name in the Haryana ration card list, use the links under Check status below.

Apply for a ration card in Haryana online

  1. Log in to Antyodaya SARAL (saralharyana.gov.in)
  2. Click Apply for Services, then View all Available services, and search the ration card (APL) service
  3. Fill in the form, upload the documents and submit
  4. Helpline for SARAL: 1800-2000-023 (7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday)

Apply offline

  1. Download the form for a new ration card from your district website and submit it at the district food office or a Saral centre

Documents to keep ready

  • Aadhaar of every family member
  • Proof of address, e.g. electricity bill or rent agreement
  • Income certificate or self declaration (for PHH or AAY)
  • Passport size photo of the head of family (usually the eldest woman)
  • Bank passbook
  • Surrender or deletion certificate if you had a card in another state or area

Card types

APL cards through SARAL; AAY and BPL families are identified through Parivar Pehchan Patra (family ID).

Under NFSA the state issues AAY and PHH cards (nfsa.gov.in).

Creating or updating the Parivar Pehchan Patra is a free service.
