How to use your ration card in another state
- Make sure your ration card is linked (seeded) with Aadhaar and that every member has done e-KYC
- Go to any ePoS enabled Fair Price Shop in the new place
- Give your ration card number or your seeded Aadhaar number
- Authenticate with your fingerprint or biometrics on the ePoS device
- Take your entitled quantity. The portability benefit works only after successful Aadhaar biometric authentication
- Check your entitlement and Aadhaar seeding in the Mera Ration app

Who can use it
- All beneficiaries covered under NFSA, except those tagged to Fair Price Shops that are not automated and those covered under state government schemes.
