How listings are ordered
A short transparency note.
Neutral order
Professionals on a directory page appear in random order, chosen again every time the page loads. Nobody can pay for a higher place, a featured spot or a badge, and nothing a professional does changes their position.
How enquiries are shared
When you send one request, we send it to up to 3 verified professionals who offer that service in your city. Those who speak your language come first; after that, the professional who has waited longest for an enquiry goes next, then a random choice. If you pick one professional from their profile, only that professional gets your request.
What you will not find here
No ratings, reviews, rankings, “best” or “top” labels, testimonials or paid placement. Listings are information only; GovtLicense does not recommend or endorse any professional.
How we run
In Phase 1 listing is free and no money passes through Govt License. We never take a percentage of a professional's fee. If we ever charge, it will be a flat plan that does not change order or visibility.
